BIGGIES GLIZZIES is a new mobile food business in YYC! Our custom built trailer offers four different glizzy options and a rotating smoked meat. We feature Nathan’s Famous for our hot dogs and will always be using local meat from Springvale Farm in our feature glizzy. The feature recipe/toppings may change from time to time depending on the event or holiday. All of our items will be served on a specialized housemade bun by Shishi Pastry. Being a local business ourselves, we want to try our best to incorporate and support other local businesses as much as we can. Aside from being a mobile food vendor, we can do catering as well as special events.
